This pack comprises a Doc M compliant low-level WC pan and matching ceramic cistern, supplied with a choice of either a raised single-flush push button or a spatula lever flush handle. This configuration makes the set particularly suitable for Occupational Therapist–specified installations, NHS and Local Authority projects, and DFG-funded adaptations, while also remaining appropriate for high-use commercial and welfare environments.
The low-level format is especially advantageous for retrofit and replacement work, where existing plumbing positions must be retained.
All components shown in the product imagery are included within the price.
The WC pan specification is detailed in the technical tab; however, in summary, the pan has a raised height of 470 mm, meeting Doc M requirements and supporting safer sitting, standing and wheelchair transfer for users with reduced mobility. Installer and user stability have been prioritised through the inclusion of four centrally located floor fixing points, providing enhanced rigidity and security in demanding environments. The pan incorporates a standard 180 mm horizontal outlet, ensuring compatibility with the majority of UK plumbing layouts and simplifying replacement of existing installations.
This WC pan is a well-established model with a proven track record, widely specified and trusted across healthcare, care and local authority projects.
The WC is supplied with our Dignity soft-close care seat or ring option, both of which have been purpose-designed for care, healthcare and commercial use. These seats are robust, stable and suitable for high-traffic environments, including NHS facilities, care homes, supported living and public welfare installations.
Both the seat and ring are available in white or RAL 5011 blue, offering improved visual contrast to assist users with visual impairment in line with inclusive design principles. Each incorporates lateral support buffers and anti-tamper features, helping to reduce the risk of vandalism or unauthorised removal in public and commercial settings. Further technical and design information is available within the dedicated Dignity Seat tab elsewhere on this site.
