Malcolm brings over 35 years of experience in the bathroom and mobility sector, with a deep understanding of accessible, sanitary, and toileting solutions for a wide range of needs.
Throughout his career, Malcolm has combined practical industry knowledge with a strong commitment to customer care, helping individuals, families, and organisations find solutions that genuinely improve day-to-day living.
Known for his approachable and pragmatic style, Malcolm offers clear and honest guidance shaped by decades of hands-on experience across both domestic and professional environments. His focus is always on finding the right solution for the person — balancing functionality, dignity, and long-term usability.
Outside of work, Malcolm enjoys motorcycling and touring. He also serves as Treasurer of a local motorcycle club, where members regularly organise fundraising activities in support of their adopted charity, Kent, Surrey & Sussex Air Ambulance (KSS)
