Our Close Coupled Doc M Pack has been designed to meet the dimensional and layout guidance set out within Approved Document M, providing a practical and widely specified solution for accessible toilet rooms in commercial, healthcare and public-access environments.
The close coupled WC configuration offers reliable installation while maintaining the clear space and usability requirements associated with Doc M compliant layouts. This makes the pack suitable for a wide range of public buildings, care environments and DFG-funded bathroom adaptations.
The pack is supplied with a close coupled WC, Doc M basin and coordinated support rails, providing a convenient and cost-effective solution for accessible washroom installations.
For the WC flushing mechanism, this pack is supplied with a spatula lever flush handle, which remains the most widely recognised and commonly specified solution for fully compliant Doc M installations. The lever design provides clear visual identification and ease of operation for users with limited dexterity.
While alternative flushing options such as push-button mechanisms are sometimes encountered in certain installations, there can be variation in interpretation regarding their suitability within fully compliant Doc M rooms depending on the project specification and the approach taken by the approving authority.
For this reason, our Close Coupled Doc M Pack is only supplied with the spatula lever configuration, providing a straightforward and widely accepted solution for installers, specifiers and Building Control.
